Clearinghouse

In order to organize its work, the Foundation receives, evaluates and selects the applications received in accordance with its work programs and availability.

Once the application is accepted by the Foundation, it is conveyed to the individual attorneys and associated law firm, which evaluate whether the case submitted is accepted or not.

If the case is assumed, a Pro Bono Work Agreement is subscribed among the law firm that accepted the application, the organization or person which requested legal support, and the Foundation. This document states in detail the rights and obligations each of the parties assume.
